Weidman grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida — where after college he cut his teeth in South Florida’s abundant and cover-driven live music grind for the better part of his twenties. In 2020, he released his first record, Thousand Island Sun, with a band of close and seasoned local vets of the bar circuit. He is now based in the Upstate.
