Weidman grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida — where after college he cut his teeth in South Florida’s abundant and cover-driven live music grind for the better part of his twenties. Now based in the Upstate, he released his first record, Thousand Island Sun, in 2020 with a band of close and seasoned local vets of the bar circuit. "Back Around" is from that record and the video was also shot by Weidman.
